This notice describes how Lifinity Technologies LLC handles information through the public Judicore website. It does not replace the data-processing terms of a Judicore pilot or customer agreement.

Public website

The public website does not require an account and is intentionally designed without advertising trackers or behavioral analytics. Standard hosting infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and security logs as necessary to serve and protect the site.

When you contact us

If you email Judicore, we may process business contact information and correspondence to respond, evaluate a potential pilot or commercial relationship, and maintain appropriate business records.

Judicore product data

Customer and pilot data submitted to the Judicore product is governed by the applicable agreement and configured product mode. The current external pilot uses a hash-only decision-record mode in which raw request payloads may be processed to compute hashes but are not retained in the decision record.

Service providers

We may use infrastructure and communications providers to host the site, operate the product, deliver email, and maintain security.
